Staff are friendly but one person in particular didn’t seem to give the same high level of service as others, and would automatically assume that we leave a tip (which is listed as optional). "The Property is conveniently located on the Strip with lots of shopping and food options nearby and the beach is 2 min walk. Loved our room which had a beautiful sea view, lots of storage and nice big comfortable king size bed. Overall the property is very clean, great dining options both in the Hotel and nearby. The Staff and service are brilliant. Helpful and very friendly. We booked full board and it was worth every penny. Only wish we could have stayed a bit longer. We'll be back "

"Hotel was beautiful and well kept with regular housekeeping daily, however beware of the strip outside of the hotel. Every night blaring music will be impossible to sleep. Near toward the strip side is unbearable but other side is still able to hear the noisy mess of the nightlife "

"Right over the bridgeis a wonderful restaurant. The view from the hotel is good. The breakfast buffet was good. There is a deck with viees of the river. Would prefer all cotton bedding. Carpet could use an upgrade. No hot water in the morning. "
