"We loved the Tiny House, it was clean, well appointed, and really enjoyed all of the sunlight. Just a few minor dislikes, the key box was hard to get open, the water in the shower changed from hot to cold, and it would have been nice to have ice cube trays. We would definitely stay there again. "

"This place is really beautifully and peaceful doesn't get any better than this. Small detail is that you to drive about 1 1/2 miles dirt road off the State road and just follow the green arrows but once you get there the beauty starts. The place is impeccable clean it has everything that you to cook, bathrooms have clean towels,shampoos. Thx Collette for everything!!!!! "

"This place was just a great house for us. We all enjoyed the pool and backyard. There were all kind of toys for the pool and the grandkids spent hours swimming. They loved the slide. The house was extremely well stocked, everything from all kinds of kitchen appliances to spices, coffee and tea. We have never been in a place where we found everything we needed. My grandkids are already asking when we can come again."

"This beautiful fully equipped luxurious home has everything to keep kids and adults busy playing and enjoying all there is to offer which is a lot. There is no time to be bored. "Had a great time overall but their support was a bit slow to reply when the wifi did not work. Took about 15 hrs before they got back to me which was problematic given I WFH and was not able to given the issue. Luckily I was able to figure it out on my own by resetting the breaker box to reset the wifi router. The listing shows 2330 sq ft but the properly is only ~1800. So I feel that was a bit misleading, aside from that the property was comfortable for my family."

"We found everything we needed in the kitchen (except a 8x8 or 9x9 pan). The beds were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and yard. The property management was easy to work with (sorry we parked on the street :( we thought we were being helpful). Great time was had by the whole family in your comfortable rental: Celebrated a 95th birthday with all the family."

"Beautiful views. Close enough to Zion to enjoy everything but remote. Screen shot the entry info log before you get to the property. Chances are fair that you won't have cell service (that was welcome) but wifi in the house was good. Host was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"We primarily were just looking for a decent place to stay for a work event in the area and booked the property as it fit our needs for number of beds and price. Once we arrived we were very impressed with the accommodations and the amenities. Everything was on hand for cooking breakfasts and dinners plus is was comfortable to stretch out and relax after a long day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Under the Tuscan Sun."

"No free breakfast but all else great. Price low for the quality and nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Currently jets not working but open and water hot and pool water perfect in hot weather. Probably 83 degrees or so. Close to grocery and eating places but off main thoroughfare by block. Love big refrigerator with ice maker and great internet and stove in room but we didn’t cook being on vacation. "
