It’s an odd hotel in the outskirts of town, looks like it could’ve been a condo/townhome. The rooms had these unusually high ceiling.Breakfast is included. The small pool is inside but the hot tub was out of order(I was looking forward to this after a long hike) Overall I recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.

Wonderful place to stay. Very Clean. Delicious breakfast and the staff was so nice. Our manager on duty was Jessica. We had such a nice experience, we cancelled our reservation in a neighboring town when we were coming back from Zion and stayed here again!

What a pleasent suprise, modern very clean hotel. The room was great, the bed was very comfortable breakfast was great. Easy check in. Price was good and close to everything you need and a quick drive to the Zion turn off.

Excellent parking if you’re bringing your toys. It’s not paved but it’s flat enough that my enclosed exotic car hauler didn’t rub. Only compliant is that the breakfast staff couldn’t keep up with the number of people eating. Not a big deal.
