“We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff, and service were the highlight, as well as how clean it was kept. The room was slightly cramped and dated, but the cleanliness of the room most definitely made up for the that. Our kids absolutely loved the waterpark, and we would probably come back because of that, and how clean the resort was for those things alone. It was also nice that the buffet had a table of kid friendly foods, very handy for our toddlers. ”

“The hacienda was so nice and updated, staff was incredible! Every time we come back to our room , it was freshly cleaned. Wish there was more of a nightlife but overall, our experience was amazing. It was a bonus as well that we had access to its sister resort that has a connecting bridge ! Overall very satisfied. ”

“Everything was amazing. The food: we ate at all 3 of the restaurants on the property as well as Hiroshi. The spa was great. We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. I enjoyed practicing my spanish with him. We had drinks at the Hotel Mousai and was served by Victor. Victor was extremely friendly as well and was able to answer many of our questions about……

“Nothing wrong with the property...beautiful facility. Food quality and service were amazing. Drinks were incredibly overpriced ($9 for a boxed water, cocktails too). Overall value was decent, but would likely stay elsewhere if i ever went to mexico again (prices in mexico have significantly increased)”

“Todo bien, solo algunos detalles como el no poder llevar alimentos (snacks) a piscina ni playa. Los trastes del room service, se quedaron 4 días fuera de la habitación. Se tiene que hacer reservación para ir a los restaurantes, pero uno va con plan de descansar y de no hacer planes para la comida. creo que no hay necesidad de esa reserva, ya que los restaurantes no se llenaban. El personal amable, y es un lugar tranquilo y agradable. ”

“The common areas were very clean and well maintained. The rooms could use a little updating but were very clean. Housekeeping did amazing! They were very attentive and the concierge was great as well. The onsite Dr was nice but needed to be clear on basic payment practices. Lots of room for improvement on her part. They had a wonderful buffet area. Staff was wonderful but 1 person in particular wasn't clear on the dress code. My husband was turned away for wearing a tank shirt and we……
