"A fabulous stay in a very high quality property. We had booked the apartment with a hot tub. However turned out there was renovation going on in the neighbouring property and we were offered an upgrade straight away. Staff were extremely helpful. The property is of really high quality, spacious and all the amenities you can expect. Stayed on top floor and no noise disturbances and all rooms had blackout curtains. "Beautiful grounds & reception areas. The bedrooms are very small however. We had to change room as our neighbours were making noise at 3 o’clock in the morning. After that inconvenience all, we asked for was a late check out but refused & all they could give us was till 1pm. So no favours there. Nevertheless, the staff in general are very nice. "
