Excellent hotel located in a great spot in puerto banus, 5 min walk to the front Downside is the location next to the main A7 motorway so the road noise is quite loud. Also some large groups of people there for golf which made breakfast time noisy

Recently renovated property. Location could not be any better and it’s walking distance to shops and the beach. If you can get the right price it’s a great place to stay.

Fabulous hotel, walked in and thought we must be in the wrong hotel for the price we paid for a four night stay. Friendly helpful staff, lovely large comfortable room with a balcony and spacious bathroom. Wide range of food on offer for breakfast and good location to explore Puerto Banus. Would definitely recommend.

5 days in Puerto Banus.
We stayed 5 nights. The hotel is recently refurbished so as you would expect it is in great condition. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. And overall we had a brilliant stay. Our only negative is the lack of AC in the room. Our stay was in mid December so obviously it’s winter time for locals, who were probably feeling the lower temperatures. It was 19c during the day which meant the room heated up, at night it was uncomfortable and we struggled to sleep. We checked with the hotel and they confirmed because it was winter the room HVAC could only provide heat and not cooling. The hotel is close to the motorway so i wouldn’t recommend having the balcony door open at night (plus you need to keep the mosquitoes out!) The hotel did provide a fan which helped a little. Other than this we couldn’t fault our stay.

No Ice or ice buckets for rooms. Buffet breakfast was cleared at around 10.40am . When it’s open to 11am. If you show up ar 10.45am everything has been cleared and the staff will not get you any food .

Hotel has been upgraded and part is new. Comfortable and close to the port. Friendly staff but not everything open as it is a bit off season.

Nice but near a highway
Although it's a beautiful hotel, the room I stayed in was very noisy due to its proximity to a highway. I must say that Francisco, at the front desk, did give me another room when I asked him to check for one less noisy. I went to check it out and decided to stay at the one first assigned since the other one wasn't as nice. I want to commend Francisco's willingness to help. If you don't mind the noise, you would love to stay here. The room was spacious and well lit.
