"Cute for 2 people, but if you have trouble with steps look for a different location. Bed in main bedroom was VERY tall off the ground and hard to get into for a 5 foot tall woman. Clean property, but although sleeps 6 is stated in rental, it was comfortable for myself and my friend on our girls weekend. Give local restaurant Black Bear Tavern a 5 star rating also. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We loved that this location was more family oriented than others that are closer to the board walk. "Location, location, location. This unit was exactly as advertised with an amazing ocean view for sunrises and a bay view for a beautiful sunset. Fully stocked and clean, the unit is showing its age and could use a bit of updating. But, with views and amenities at each turn, the condo is a great find."

The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive. We came during off-season and there was work, mostly painting, being done to the common areas. And the pool was closed, but that didn't bother us. The only problem we had was when the toaster set off the smoke alarm, before the toast was even done! We also walked to the 45th Street Taphouse and there were several other restaurants within walking distance. The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated.
