“Property was very clean, bed comfortable, property manager and owner very welcoming and responsive. We would definitely stay at home if we were to return to area.”

“There are many amenities offered which is excellent, unfortunately the staff does not give any of this information upon arrival and you have to find out on your own. Also the staff is unfamiliar with the property so it’s hard to get any directions to get to different areas of the property.”

“The staff are very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The Front Desk staff provided us with excellent customer service especially Olive Morales, she is amazing! Barcelo Tropical amenities are good. Food, drinks and daily events at the pool are good as well. The nightly shows at the theater could have been better. The market inside the resort is great, and walking distance from where we stayed - this is an added bonus! Overall, our stay at Barcelo is excellent! Would recommend to……
