“El personal no sabe tratar a los huéspedes ! Son despotas y groseros ! No son capaces de ayudarte a pedir un taxi dicen que no son sus funciones ! ”

“The way to get to the place is dirt, you have to be very cautious and slow. They did not respect the reservation of a double room and they gave me a single, they commented that they had problems with Expedia / Oyo, which I do not agree with being the one affected and even so they did not offer any refund for changing rooms or a note of having paid in the place (they only accept cash and they wanted to charge me more than the reservation). The place in general needs cleaning in the common areas……

“The customer service by the pool and restaurants are top notch amazing. Everyone so friendly and attentive. Pascual and his crew at the Spoon buffet were amazing. The ladies especially Nidelfia were so kind and always bringing us drinks and making sure we were comfortable. Great service. Beautiful resort. Coming back in December. Loved it. Also they have themes at the pools almost everyday. So even on weekdays you will have a DJ in the pool area so u can never be bored. ”

“It was a great stay but my tv didn’t work in my room. They tried fixing it and were not able too. They offered to change my room but I didn’t want to because I would lose my view of the ocean . This is the only thing I didn’t like although I was out of my room for the most part. They did daily house keeping and room was very nice . ”

“let me start positively, the people who work there try to solve the problems of the hotel but they walk with their hands in their hair they can't handle it. Our holiday: day 1 no water, day 2 only cold water, day 3 only cold water and no electricity. Day 4 everything worked except the WIFI but that is survivable. day 5 there was a very limited breakfast, just some fruit. day 6 no water, day 7 cold water. We spent some time at the reception, unfortunately. The beach and the pool are also nothing,……
