Beautiful clean property. We stayed there to attend a Giants game and it was close enough to walk. Beware parking is $70 per day!

Check in was a disaster 3 hrs, valet parking was no where to be found had to get out the car and as security to get someone. We comped for breakfast everything was cold the staff was kind enough to make us a hot pot of coffee. Last night there the toilet starts gurgling it was clogged my sister said it was doing that since we got there but it didn’t get worst until before we left . We had to pack everything a move to another room at 11 pm terrible . Was not ever happy . I was happy with the concern taken but the experience was not fun.

Good location with access to restaurants across the road as well as public transport on the doorstep to popular tourist areas. Short walk into union square and underground train system. Staff were lovely at the hotel and could not fault the cleanliness and cleaning team.

The place is great. Everything looks to be in place. I was set up in a room next to the elevator and man is that annoying. The room can get loud. Stayed there on a Thursday so I don’t know if all rooms were sold out. Would have called to changed rooms but was staying for one night and had unpacked already. Those rooms should be left as a last room option.
