"Property is fine, although it is hardly Sitges town centre. It's 20 minutes out of town and 15 minutes from anywhere. Most unhappy about the return of our damages deposit. Although the refund was cleared on 6 Oct, it took until 13 Nov to arrive. Apparently, the deposit had been passed to the property owner in Cuba. Now, why would a management company do that?"

Pedro was a fantastic host and we would happily return. Our only minor suggestion would be that it would be helpful to have some basics in on arrival such as handsoap."

"We had a lovely stay, the location is perfect if you want a bit of a quieter stay on the island but still have access to nearby amenities and popular spots. "The villa is so well equipped and kept to an amazing standard that we did not want to leave. The outside space is perfect for relaxing by the pool, a peaceful family bbq in the evening followed by drinks to watch the sunset. Everything in the villa was done to a high standard and it felt very safe and secure, we only ventured out for 1 day as we did not see the need to explore. We will definitely be returning in the future."

"My family decided to rent this villa over Christmas there were 13 of us, mostly adults but 2 young children and some younger adults, communication was great no issues, the villa location was just on the out side of town but a short ride to town by taxi, or there’s a bus, the villa was excellent maybe needing a freshen up but nothing major, the pool was cold but I suppose in summer months this isn’t an issue, all in all we had a great time and I would recommend this villa, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The communal pool which was opposite the villa had showers and toilts, the pool was huge with comfortable beds around it. Quite a few tiles had come away on the bottom of the pool in rhe shallow end, but apart from that it was a great addition to the holiday. 5 mins drive to the centre of town with 3 good sized public car parks. The villa itself was very cool and comfortable."

The house is walking distance from some great restaurants and a beautiful beach. The property is fantastic! AC works great, nice outdoor barbeque, and the yard/swimming pool was great to relax at. "We really enjoyed our time here. The location isn’t great if the beach or city centre is a priority unless you have a car or enjoy long walks. We had a car and do enjoy long walks so we used both modes of transportation and had no problem with the location. "This is a lovely villa, and reasonably well equipped, but there are not enough chairs for everyone to sit at the table at once. Cristina was extremely helpful. Transport absolutely essential. It has taken over 2 months and many emails to get my deposit back, and VRBO did absolutely nothing to help."
