Luxurious Chalet for 6 people, Wifi, private heated pool, at 8 min to the beach

The villa is located 7 minutes from Golf Costa Adeje and 8 minutes from the nearest beach (by car).

The area is very quiet and allows you to rest and relax enjoying the day with friends and family.

The terrace offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the coastal cities.

The private pool is heated and is 'infinity' type (pool Inifinity). the pool is 8m x 4m. The pool is provided of a cover which is very useful for keeping the pool warm enough. The heating of the pool is lit from October to May and runs automatically from 9:00 until 17:00. You may also put in function 24h with an additional charge of 10 euros per day. The pool heating function can be put also in the summer, 10 euros per day from 9:00 to 17:00. and 15 euros per day 24h.

It is ideal for tourists who do not want to be away from the tourist cities, but want to enjoy peace and privacy, away from mass tourism accommodation.

The villa is equipped with:

- Wifi ADSL;
- Towels, pool towels and linen;
- Television with Spanish channels, English, German and French;
- Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric and gas heaters, Hair Dryer and Safe.

From the lounge you can enjoy a unique view of the Atlantic and the island 'La Gomera'. In 8 minutes you get to the beach or the golf course (driving).

The house is ideal for families with children, but also perfect for families without children.

the house has a large bedroom with a bathroom en suite (shower). The two other two rooms share a bathroom with shower.

The living room has a dining table for 6 people. For younger have high chairs, cribs if necessary.

Amazing place and host
Just perfect, this place has some magic to it specially for its views. House is modern and has everything you need. It is spacious and bright. Location is perfect to explore the island, you just need a car. We will be back!!

Perfect place to relax
Absolutely amazing view, heated pool which we were never out of, and just a location that was so peaceful it was a little bit of paradise! The property is up a windy long hill which was a bit in nerving but well worth it for the views and the property itself. Very clean, brilliant if any issues and would definately recommend this place for a relaxing holiday. We will be back! Thankyou 😀

What a great villa
First - some concerns were raised about the road up; not a problem, road was surfaced and wide enough for 2 cars - except Rosas (the last 500 metres). The villa - immaculate - everything that one could want from a rental. The pool was classic, superb view and, with villa up in the hills, there was often a cool breeze. (We were there in August). The owner - Alessandro - most helpful. Only one problem - the electric access gate would not close on one occasion. A straight round and fixed within the hour. For a peaceful luxury holiday, we have not found better. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views in a quiet location
We stayed here in August 2023 and had a wonderful holiday. The Villa is a short drive up the mountain and like other reviews have mentioned I would recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around and shopping etc. The Villa was immaculately clean and well presented and the views are breath-taking. As a family of five with children aged 6,11 and 15 it was ideal having our own space and pool and I would love to go back to this villa again one day. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful Villa
The villa is absolutely beautiful. The garden space is the best part of it with an amazing view and lots of lounging space by the pool. The villa has everything you need including towels for showers and pool. The pool is a great size and can be heated too. The location is far from most things and you need taxis to get to the towns. However only 15 minutes drive to main towns which is ideal. Taxis are easy to get so this wasn’t an issue. Villa is clean and well maintained.

Beautiful, modern villa with an excellent view. Bit of a narrow, winding road up to the villa but well worth it once you get there. Host was very friendly, responsive and resolved any issues quickly. Very peaceful area with a beautiful pool. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing villa
Just back from a week spent at this beautiful villa and the most amazing time. We rented a car and I agree with others who have said it’s a daunting drive the first time, but you get used to it! My brother got a cab into town for 15euro so you don’t need a car as cabs aren’t too expensive. The villa is close to lots of lovely beaches- we visited 3 which were all approx 10 mins away. My mum chose to stay in the villa for the whole week, and had a lovely time by the pool and then reading in the shade. The air con is only in the living room, and the only downside is that the bedrooms got quite warm as it was particularly hot, so some fans would be useful. We didn’t ask for them, but I’m sure the owner would have brought some if we had- communication was fantastic! Pool was lovely- a good size to have a proper swim!

Great Villa, exactly as described on listing!
Villa is modern, spacious & private with a good sized infinity pool. Lovely garden for the children to play & fantastic views over the ocean! A 10 minute drive down the mountain and you are in the centre of Costa Adeje at the beach. Plenty of supermarkets within 5 minute drive. Very friendly host who was always available on WhatsApp and helped straight away when we had a few issues with pool heating. Will definitely be returning next year!

lovely house with pool and great sunset
we stayed with my husband in the lovely house for 5 days in March. well kitted out , spacious and clean. lovely pool with terrace overlooking Gomorra island. 10m drive for the hussle and bussle of the town (a good thing). the thing we didnt appreciate is that in march the temperature drops a fait bit once you got up to the house so we could lose 2-4 degrees by the time we were "home".

Villa Turquesa
A fabulous property which we were glad to eventually get to during the current covid crisis. Very clean, with great views down to the Hard Rock Cafe and the southern islands of La Palma and La Gomera. Stunning sun sets......just one difference from the brochure photos.....the infinity pool view is now slightly spoiled by the neighbours trees which have grown somewhat since the photos were taken. Easy enough to find on our first night, even in the dark....! All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We stayed here for our wedding holiday. Ali was amazing and provided us with floor matts by the pool for the children within a few hours of me asking and helped translate to our taxi drivers as the address can be difficult to find, but worth the view. So great communication and a really clean gorgeous villa. We will definitely be returning. It was worth every penny xxx

We had an amazing time at the villa, spotless with everything you need, very family friendly as all on the level, beautiful views, although a car is very much needed to get to town etc we loved being in the peace and quiet, we would highly recommend!

The villa is situated on a hill that overlooks the water with beautiful sunsets. It is extremely quiet and the villa is exceptionally clean. A very relaxing vacation with lots of time in the pool.

Great week away with the Family
We were greeted at the property by Anna who gave us a quick guided tour and showed us how everything worked. The property is superb and will blow you away on arrival with its superb views set up on the side of a mountain. The drive to the property is a little tricky first couple of times but soon becomes easy when you know where you are going! If you are with children a car rental is essential whilst staying here as you are quite a distance up the mountain but obviously this just adds to the stunning views. The pool is great and perfect temperature! Beds are comfy and everything is to high standard BBQ was great to use on an evening if you didn’t want to venture out with a Lidl shop right at the bottom of the hill that supplies everything you may need! One thing I will say is there wasn’t very many English channels on the TV (unless I couldn’t find them).. we took an Amazon firestick for the kids to watch Netflix which was helpful on an evening once the sun had gone down. You are about a 10 min drive to costa Adeje and 15-20 to los christianos Both are very accessible and easy to drive too! All in all a fantastic villa... and a Fantastic holiday... my only gripe would be there isn’t anything in walking distance which isn’t ideal with young kids but that could be a plus for a lot of people and only adds to the scenery around you

We had a wonderful holiday here and didn't want to come home! The villa was everything we had hoped for. It was in a lovely setting high up in the hills with great views down to the coast. It was modern, clean and tastefully decorated. It was very well equipped. The swimming pool was heated to the perfect temperature. It was super to swim and view the sea in the distance. The owner was on hand and very helpful checking that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this villa.

Lovely April stay
My husband, 2 teenage daughters and I have just returned from staying at this lovely villa. It was exactly as it looks in the photos, was very clean and Anna was very helpful. It is ideal if you want to get away from the crowds but is only 3 minutes down the hill to Lidl and 10 minutes to the hustle and bustle of beaches, towns, restaurants. We paid for extra heating for the pool and is was perfect even on cloudy, windy days and at night. Thank you.
