Quiet and Convenient! Fabulous Villa suited to Families, Walkers, Couples

Private detached villa on large corner plot . The accommodation is on the lower floor but the upper floor will be closed and empty so you enjoy apartment living with a large well maintained outside space and private pool.
Reflurbished in 2019 accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans both with an en-suite shower/ wc .
Fully equipped open plan kitchen/lounge/ diner with air con , U.K. tv ( English language) and WiFi.
Outside you have a choice of where to sit and relax in the terraced garden and pool side .
French doors open onto a covered terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or step down to a large sunbathing terrace with loungers & umbrellas . A (gas) BBQ area with fridge, sink, washing machine and alternative dining area. Or take yourself to the shade of the palm and enjoy the quiet of your surroundings.

Hill side views with lovely sunsets

A 5 min walk and you have access to a large Pepe la Sal supermarket, where there is Electric car charging, a gas satiation , chemist, cash point, bars and cafes and good restaurants all within walking distance .
Directions/ map are in the house folder. Here you can catch the bus into Moraira town or explore Calpe.
To drive to Moraira town and beach ,Playa de L'Ampolla , takes less than 10 minutes on the main CV-746 road with several bars and restaurants and beautiful views on the way.
5 minutes drive in the opposite direction you will find the 2 secluded beaches Baladra and Advocat or spend the day in Calpe , a 30 minute drive.
A walk into town takes 45 mins downhill depending on how many refreshment stops you make on the way !
There are 2 secluded beaches within a 30 min coastal walk , Baladra & Advocat great for snorkling and refreshments. The coastal walk can take you all the way to Calpe !
Club de Golf Ifach , a 9 hole course situated in San Jaime is less than 10 minutes drive away .

une belle maison dans un bel environnement
La maison est située dans une résidence très calme, et un très bel environnement. Il y a des coins d'ombre un peu partout ce qui permet de profiter de l'extérieur. La piscine est magnifique. Le frigo extérieur et le barbecue au gaz sont également très appréciés. La climatisation dans le salon suffit à refroidir toute la maison en laissant les portes des chambres ouvertes.Le seul point négatif concerne la salle de bains de la chambre principale car la douche fuyait dans toute la salle de bains, la propriétaire était visiblement au courant et avait effectué des travaux pour y remédier mais le problème était revenu malgré tout. Il y a de belles criques, mais il faut absolument prendre la voiture pour les atteindre. Un supermarché est accessible à 5 mns à pied en suivant les indications ce qui était très pratique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Great cosy house with lovely outside space
The property is very traditional but the owner has upgraded it with a newish kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with virtually all you need. A perfect place for a couple or a family with small children. If there were 4 adults I think the living space would feel a bit small unless it was summer time and you spent all your time outside. The only downside was the housekeeper who obviously did not turn the hot water on and read my message but did not have the courtesy to come back to me until the next day so we had 24 hours without hot water and no apology. A simple word like sorry can make a lot of difference! The wifi was also very weak so we had to visit the provider down the road after the bank holiday to spend 30 euros on a 4G modem for the week. Bar these annoyances we really liked the place and would recommend.

Lovely Villa
Lovely villa - ideal for a small group. Everything you would need with beautiful gardens and a nice sized private pool. Walking distance to supermarket, bars & restaurants. Good communication with both Lindsey & Rachel and both really helpful. Would definitely return.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss. Wir konnten schon Mittags in die Wohnung. Die Villa liegt auf einem Berg und ist rundherum mit einer Mauer geschützt. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben mit großem Vergnügen auf dem Gasgrill gegrillt und die verschiedenen Möglichkeiten im Garten zum Entspannen und Essen genutzt. Überall war es gemütlich und bei Bedarf sonnig oder schattig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt Einen großen Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank in der Küche und bei Bedarf kann ein weiterer Kühlschrank am Pool genutzt werden. Der Fernseher ist recht klein und es gibt keine deutschen Sender. Da es aber Internet gibt, haben wir unser Handy auf dem Fernseher gespiegelt. Alternativ stehen auch Bücher zur Verfügung. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Es gibt große Schränke für persönliche Sachen, eine Waschmaschine und eine Wäscheleine mit Wäscheklammern. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten beim Supermark. Hier gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt. Eine wunderbare Wegbeschreibung und weitere Tipps zu Ausflügen haben wir in der Infomappe gefunden. Linslay ist sehr nett und war immer per WhatsApp erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit zum Entspannen weiterempfehlen. Marcus & Marina

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub zu Viert. Das ganze Haus samt Pool war für uns allein. Der riesige Garten war der Hammer. Die Lage ist super. Ein selbst gemachter Lageplan ist sehr nützlich. Prachtige tuin in rustige omgeving
We hebben hier 5 dagen doorgebracht. De schoonmaak liep wat uit, dus moesten we even wachten. Het zwembad was ook niet heel erg schoon, blijkbaar hadden de vorige gasten alles erg vies achtergelaten. De communicatie hierover met Rachel en Lindsey verliep prima en nadat woensdagochtend heel vroeg de man van het zwembad was geweest was alles weer in orde. We zijn voornamelijk bij het huis gebleven omdat de tuin met zwembad zo prachtig is. De slaapkamers en badkamers zijn in orde, fijn dat er airco is in de woonkamer. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien en er is een grote koelvriescombinatie. Er zijn dichtbij 2 grote supermarkten en legio restaurants. Ga ook zeker kijken bij Cala Baladrar en Cala Advocat. Om rekening mee te houden: De ventilator in 1 van de slaapkamers maakt veel geluid. De matrassen zijn zeer stevig. Er zijn heel veel Nederlandse toeristen in deze omgeving.

Beautiful days on the coast of Benissa
We enjoyed our holiday very much. Great holiday home on a spacious property for sole use. Very quiet and appealing surroundings. The flat was very clean and functionally furnished. Our 9 year old daughter had her own room with bathroom. The pool is spacious and very nice. We spent a lot of time directly there. There is a large supermarket, doctors and bars/restaurants within walking distance. Moraira is 5-10 minutes away by car. Many greetings and many thanks to Lindsey and Rachel, we will be happy to come back again.

The house is very well equipped and everything was clean. The garden and pool area are well maintained. The communication worked very well. Enquiries were answered quickly. The house is in a quiet location. Shopping facilities can also be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Super mooie locatie, woning is prima en zeer rustig gelegen.
Heerlijk zwembad met prachtig uitzicht over de vallei. Vanuit 1 slaapkamer prachtig uitzicht met fantastische kleuren lucht met zon op en ondergang. Heerlijk prive huisje. 2 slaapkamers met badkamers. Alles is aanwezig. Auto kun je in de tuin achter het hek parkeren. Communicatie met sleutels en incheck ging top. Het enige, maar dat is persoonlijk, dat wij de matrassen te hard vinden en de badkamers iets te krap. Fantastische locatie. Op cap blanc, rustige buurt, helemaal geen lawaai van buren, auto’s en honden. maar 2 straten lopen en je zit bij allemaal heerlijke restaurants. Ietsje verder lopen naar centrum van Moraira, maar heerlijke wandeling. Food bar bij Andrago restaurant is top.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir waren für 14 Tage in der Villa von Lindsey. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise gab es eine prima Kommunikation. Die Villa ist wie beschrieben mit allem ausgestattet. Durch die Aussenküche hat man einen 2. Kühlschrank für Getränke, was bei den Temperaturen super ist. Das Haus war sauber und es wurden nach einer Woche sogar Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt, dass hatte ich in noch keinem Ferienhaus, exzellenter Service. Wir haben eine Suppenkelle und einen Ceranfeldschaber für's Haus gekauft, aber nur weil es uns persönlich gefehlt hat. Vielleicht noch etwas mehr Besteck, wäre nicht schlecht, aber das ist schon jammern auf hohen Niveau 😘. Der Pool wurde gereinigt und auch der Garten gepflegt ohne das wir beeinträchtigt wurden. Ein kurzer Weg zu Fuß zum Einkaufen ist auch vorhanden. Zu den Stränden fährt man zwischen 5 und 15 Minuten, ganz nach Geschmack was man gerade möchte. Wir haben allerdings auch viel Zeit einfach an der Villa verbracht, da man sich am Pool und im Garten super wohl fühlt. Sollten wir wieder einmal in die Gegend reisen, dann definitiv in die Villa von Lindsey. Thank you so much for our nice and relaxing stay and for the friendly help trough Rachel.

Die 14 verbrachten Urlaubstage in Lindseys wunderbaren Ferienhaus waren sehr erholsam. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Villengegend. Es fehlte an nichts, tolle Ausstattung, SCHARFE Messer und sogar passendes Geschirr für die Draußenküche (nur eine Orangen Presse wäre schön)! Die Beschreibung entspricht genau dem tatsächlich Vorgefundenen. Der Pool ist perfekt, sauber und gepflegt, wird zuverlässig gereinigt, alles ist sauber und der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin und der Housekeeperin waren einfach und hilfreich. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß ist man bei einer Eisdiele und Café, mehreren Restaurants und dem großen Supermarkt, wenn man den von Lindsey in der Wohnung genau beschriebenen Fußweg folgt. Den wunderschön gelegenen Hotspot in der Cala L’Andrago (z.B. Bar Algas oder die Sky Bar Zansibar) erreicht man fußläufig in 15 Minuten, vorbei an vielen tollen und ansprechenden Restaurants und kleinen Lädchen. Mit dem Auto (Auto ist zu empfehlen) ist man schnell (ca. 10 Minuten) im wunderschönen Ort Moraira, wo man verschiedene, kostenfreie Parkplätze vorfindet. Das Haus liegt ruhig und der Garten ist gepflegt und mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Die Bucht Baladra ist schön, aber sehr steinig. Für Kinder eignen sich die Buchten und der Strand Richting und in Moraira besser. Wir haben aber sowieso nur den Pool genutzt. Wir würden nächstes Jahr sofort wiederkommen!

Wundervoll!
Ein wunderschönes Haus mit großem, gepflegtem und sehr hübschen Garten in herrlicher Umgebung und mit toller Aussicht. Die Lage ist hervorragend, mit dem Auto ca. 4 Kilometer nach Moraira. Zu Fuß über einen Schleichweg nur 5 Minuten bis zur Hauptstraße mit einem Lebensmittelladen ( Pepe la Sal ), Restaurants. Apotheke etc.. Der Pool hat uns besonders gut gefallen, er ist schön groß, ca. 8 mal 4 Meter, und abfallend. Es gibt einen Gärtner und einen Poolboy, die sich um alles kümmern und dabei aber quasi unsichtbar sind, da sie früh am Morgen kommen, wenn die Gäste noch schlafen. Im Haus findet man alles, was man braucht. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage für die Wohnräume und Deckenventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Mückenschutz an jedem Fenster. Wir durften Lindsey und Rachel kennenlernen. Beide sind sehr liebenswürdige und hilfsbereite Damen. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub, den wir sicher noch einmal wiederholen werden! Absolute Empfehlung!

villa très agréable

La casa en general responde a lo anunciado. Localización buena, limpieza aceptable, Como negativo, que a nosotros personalmente nos ha trastocado bastante porque pasamos gran tiempo en el exterior de la casa, ha sido la escasisima iluminación exterior de la zona de piscina y barbacoa... Muy mala visibilidad para estar durante la noche... Falta de algunas cosas como batidora, secador de pelo.. Lo hemos pasado muy bien!

Fuimis a pasar unos días, la ubicación nos ofrecía una estancia muy tranquila por la urbanización en que se encontraba y a su vez esta muy bien comunicada con los pueblos cercanos. Las instalaciones están muy bien, tanto en el jardín como en el interior de la casa.
