"This is the second stay for my family at Brookside. What we enjoy most is having access to 370+ acres which includes fish ponds and paths for meandering. There's a nearby stream and waterfall to explore, plus easy access to the D&L trail for walking or biking. Also, Hickory Run State Park is close by for hiking. "The property is super hidden away, which was great for us to have a place to unwind. Very well kept and surprisingly well equipped. Internet was better than we expected, which was great for sharing pictures with others during our trip.
