We stayed there after a concert we went to that night. When we opened the door to our room, it smelled of cigarettes and urine, we sprayed room deodorizer but it didn't help. The front desk staff was very pleasant although the lady that worked the afternoon could use some dental care. Otherwise it was an ok stay.

The hotel rates so we chose it as a quick pass through option while traveling. however when we got there , the bathroom floor had hair in the corners of the floor, sheets/blankets super thin, the walls were so thin you could hear everything in the room next door and they were super loud until past 1 am. None of us slept.

My wife woke up with over 12-15 flea bites on each leg, there were also ants on the desk. When I told the front desk man, he did not express any regret or apology regarding the fact that the backs of her legs were covered in red bites. When I asked him about how they handled comping a guest for this sort of predicament, he said “maintenance has to check the room before we can do anything” as if he didn’t even believe what we were reporting. My first statement to him was that they were going to have to treat our room for fleas and ants, and he just responded with “I'll make a not of it”. Completely inadequate response for a business.

Me and my family got there at 5pm two hours later of the check in and the room that they got for us was not clean and floor all wet bed not done what a mess Then they assigned a different room Please I need my money back as soon as possible not good at all…..

The rooms have been remodeled and look much better than the outside and interior of the lobby/halls. The lobby and elevator did not smell so good. The room itself had a musty odor…maybe from the a/c? The beds however, were comfortable. My biggest complaint was that our room had a door to another room. That isn’t uncommon but there was no threshold or seal at the bottom of the door so at midnight when the other room returned, their light spilled under the door and I could hear EVERYTHING! Them using the restroom and every conversation (in normal voices) and television show. I finally stuffed a towel under the door and that helped some It was annoying.
