"Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel. I think they still need to work on customer service, managers and staffs need to be more friendly and ask guests if they need something. The hotel wasn’t crowded, so there is not excuse to ask if guests need anything. Juan, Jose. Edgar and Glodis were friendly and we tipped them because they really deserve it. Also, the from desk, concierge and security guards were supportive when we asked questions or requested something. "
