Great hotel. Nice beach access. My only complaint is the lack of vegetarian options in the restaurant aside from salad, food can get repetitive that way. Amazing desserts, though. I was very please by having the Luck company representative on site. They organized my transfers and local tours.

The gym was very good. The staff was extremely empathetic and always willing to help and support. I stay with my girlfriend and her two teenagers' boys and we all loved.

Staff was amazing and extremely friendly and helpful! Loved the resort, the beach is the best for kids and grandparents.The food is very nice and prices for extras like wine bottles are actually cheap. Perfect resort for families.

We were here for just two nights. This is a family resort catered for families. That didn’t particularly bother us as a young couple but something to be aware of. We had a few issues. 1. We weren’t given a hotel room, instead a two bedroom apartment a few buildings down at the sister resort. They did move us upon request after the first night 2. The code for the apartment didn’t work. We had to wait an hour for someone to bring a ladder and climb through a window to get inside and reset the password 3. WiFi didn’t work in the apartment, had to wait an hour for someone to figure out what the password was 4. Had to wait 30 minutes at the towel stand for a towel because they ran out. I don’t understand how you run out of towels at a beach resort. Went to the front desk and they gave me one. 5. Hot water was not working in the apartment. 6. At 7 pm walked around trying to find somewhere to have a drink. The bar outside was closed and told me to go to the lobby bar. Lobby bar told me to go upstairs restaurant. Upstairs restaurant said they were closed. Pretty crazy to not be able to get a drink at 7 pm on vacation at a resort If you have kids, they’ll have fun. But if you don’t, stay somewhere nicer.

Very nice, but inquire about room layout.

The “Superior” room we rented had a queen bed and two singles side by side in the same room, which didn’t work for us as there was zero privacy. Paid extra for a much nicer unit with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room. Staff, food, pools, and beach were awesome. Had a kids show and many kids activities. It was a very nice place.

The pool area, food and beach with the reef in front makes such a relaxing environment. The road leading to the resort is in poor condition and traffic jams up. They appear to be working on it, so this may only be a problem for a few more weeks.

Wouldn’t stay there again. The kids amenities are great, but that’s about it. We had to stay in line over one hour just to check in, and they didn’t even apologize. Our room then wasn’t ready until 4PM, which was very stressful after an already very long trip with our 3 year old twins. When we finally got in the room, there weren’t enough towels or bath mats for the two bathrooms and there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. I had also made a reservation for 5 people and was given an apartment with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds so I had nowhere to put my third kid until the 2nd day there when I pushed to get another bed. Food was ok, but it said all inclusive and we had to pay separately for all drinks including water.

Encontramos una cucaracha en el baño de la habitación y también otras en el area común de la piscina. Demoraban muchísimo en atendernos porque había poco personal. Mi hija se quemó con la tostadora del buffete y cuando llamamos a la asistencia para emergencias dijo que no tenía pomadas ni podía indicar nada por lo que solo indicó que le dejemos correr agua y se le terminó haciendo herida. Pagamos 400 dolares por noche y el servicio + limpieza fueron muy malos. También tenias que despertarte 7am y dejar cosas en las reposeras y sombrillas de la playa pues a las 9/10am ya era imposible encontrar lugar. Tambien tengan cuidado si reservan con vista a los arboles de coco, porque es el estacionamiento pero no lo dicen

Un resort che fa molta scena ma la qualità e i servizi sono pessimi. Il giorno che siamo arrivati non erano disponibili neanche gli asciugamani per la piscina. La qualità del cibo è bassissima. La spiaggia è praticamente inesistente, le sedie fornite per stare al mare sono tutte sporche e vecchie. Il numero di lettini in piscina è assolutamente inadeguato rispetto al numero degli ospiti. Prezzo assurdo. Non si spiegano queste recensioni positive...

Flott anlegg og rett ved Strand. God frokost. Et all inclusive hotell. Det var mange gjester når vi var der noe som betyr kø ved frokost og middag. Mye støy i restauranten noe som ikke var uventet. Middag var stort sett det samme hver dag. Detaljer på anlegget bar preg av noe slitasje og mangel av vindu vask. Hyggelig personale og gode basseng fasiliteter for både store og små. Livlig strand med aktiviteter. 15-20 min kjøring til selve Porto de Galhinas by som var meget hyggelig.
