Exceeded our expectations. A great hotel in a lovely quiet seaside town. Staff and service was excellent. Delicious meals at the restaurant. We were upgraded to a spacious suite that made our stay even more pleasant.

Staff v helpful welcoming and worked v hard. Room good size and airey. Given it is 4star hotel a fridge with water would be in order as rooms have ample size. Also it would help market the hotel better if the outside of the entrance of the building doors and windows were power washed. They were very grubby. However, overall this is a good hotel

The staff were very very nice! That’s means a lot, espically with not being familiar with the area. The hotel room was very clean and spacious! The area around the hotel was also an amazing plus, literally a 4 minute walk to the train station and 2 minute walk from the beach! Def would recommend, and def coming back again! Also the breakfast was def a 10/10!

Very nice hotel with parking. Everything was clean & the room was spacious. The bar was lively, but not rowdy & they had good food options. The staff was very friendly/helpful. Would definitely stay again & recommend.

We have stayed before at the Bracken Hotel and it didn’t disappoint again, hence us returning to stay. The staff are so friendly, rooms and hotel clean and was under going a refurb with the bar and painting of the reception area. Bar and restaurant moved upstairs to 1st floor and well equipped and cosy to sit down to eat or watch sports on the TV. Great location to airport, train station and buses to get around. Thank you for another lovely stay.

Staff were super welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and the room price was reasonable. The room furniture is a bit old fashioned and tired and the hairdryer in our room didn't work. Having said that, the property is currently being refurbished and I am sure these issues will be addressed 😁 Breakfast was lovely but could benefit from the addition of vegetarian/vegan options. Overall it was a great stay and we would certainly go there again.
