"We stayed for almost a week and everyone was very friendly. Romona was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to us when we needed something. Can’t say the same for the staff at the front desk the ladies were not much of a help and didn’t take the extra steps to accommodate us when we needed something. Other than that I’d definitely go back again! The beach was absolutely incredible!!!!! "

"Second time at this resort staying at the Royal, last was May 2019. Overall the resort met our expectations except for the restaurants. The quality of the evening dining options has dropped significantly, where most dinners were hardly edible leaving us no option but to grab something at a buffet. We are not picky eaters but flavorless, poorly prepared meals just are not exceptable. This is a very nice resort but this may have been our last visit unfortunately. "

"Bon hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très convenable. Alesio, le gérant de l’hôtel est très gentil et disponible. Sur place, il y a un restaurant très très bon. Je vous recommande de rester à celui-ci et de ne pas aller voir ailleurs. Nous avons été déçu à chaque fois que nous mangions à l’extérieur. Nous y sommes restés deux nuits. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité. 10 minutes de la plage et rue marchande à deux minutes."

"Overall, this resort is amazing. I was skeptical at first based on reviees but was happy my entire stay. First, the grounds are clean and well kept. The location is beautiful, with a wonderful view. The syaff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good, always hot and the cooks were always refilling the buffet. I wish the bars were open later though and the AC in the rooms had trouble keeping up with the humidity. Towels were also a bit of a hassle to get a hold of. But overall its a...
