My family and friends recently stayed at your beautiful hotel on the Dreams Dominicus La Romana (Premium All Inclusive). We were ALL super excited for our trip, since I traveled from Miami to DR to celebrate my best friends important birthday. We made reservations to stay in the Premier area but only was our room was not ready nor available. We were advised that the shift manager and concierge were notified. We were advise to go walk around the amenities and give them time to prepare the rooms. Usually I don’t mind, but usually when I have stayed at All inclusive hotel in D.R, Cancun or Europe, they at least let you know which amenities you are welcome to use. After hours of arriving, and eating at the so called premier launch which had horrible food and items were not named correctly in the menu, we had to walk again to the premier check-in launch and to check if our rooms were ready. We waited nearly 2-3 hours. After finally, were all taken to our rooms, we were greeted by Mercedes, our in-house concierge. Provided in the premier/premium area only. She advise us that her shift was over but she was going to be available via whatsapp the whole time. We found it to be so weird but we wanted to shower and change, have a quiet dinner in one of the finest restaurants advertised. This never happened, some of the ladies, had to walk about 1 mile (in heels) to get to the beach area wherein we had a reservation for the birthday dinner, the so called “dinner” was just appetizers.
