Welcome to 10 Palms, a charming and aptly named vintage upstairs unit with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath! As part of a triplex with a total of 3 separate units, the lower level is occupied by full-time residents, ensuring a peaceful vacation experience in the top floor exclusively available for your stay.

Immerse yourself in the heart of the action with this Old Florida condo, offering easy walking distance to popular spots like Wicked Cantina, Gulf Drive Tiki, and the stunning beaches of Anna Maria Island. Enjoy the character of this unit, complete with views of the Gulf of Mexico and the bay from its balconies. With approximately 450 steps to the beach, you can be on the sand in less than 3 minutes!

Situated near the vibrant hot spots of Bradenton Beach, this location is only 1 block away from the beach and The Gulf Drive Tiki Bar. Experience the best of Anna Maria Island with the convenience of a cozy retreat at 10 Palms.

We offer a keyless entry system so you can easily open and lock your door without having to be concerned with keys while you're out on the beach or enjoying the island.

Our nearest Airport is Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ). It's about 30 minutes away. Another popular choice is Tampa International Airport (TPA) which is about an hour away.

Our calendar is always updated in real time. If it shows available, it is. If we have a cancellation, it will show as available immediately. In order to give our fantastic cleaners time with their families we are closed for arrivals and departures on Holidays, such as New Years Day, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

One large dog or two small/medium dogs with approval, guest will pay a non refundable pet fee $200 per stay per pet (2 max).
If booking through AirBNB or VRBO, this will be a separate charge, after you book.

Charming and clean
The listing was on spot so we knew what to expect. The location was great. Beach…down the road. Bar…just before the beach. Sunset..lovely, whether sitting on the beach, at the Kokonut bar or roof top at Daiquiris. The free trolley picks up three cottages down. Hop on and hop off as desired. The cottage was very clean and well-appointed for our needs. We dined at Wicked Cantina, OMA Italian eatery, and Daiquiris. All are within a short walking distance. The one regret.. we did not take advantage of the ice cream shop that was also close by. Oh well, we have a reason to go back.

Perfect little bungalow
This was what we wanted: a place to be close to the gulf as we spend every day on the beach. The cooler and pull cart worked perfectly back and forth from the beach. Needed more TP and had to purchase tissue. The bed slept great. We were able to make food as needed in the full kitchen. Thanks for supplying plenty of towels!

If you could move this unit to its own spot- would have been almost perfect. The downstairs neighbors were very loud at night & had junk all over the yard.The washer & dryer were hidden- found out after- they were broken. The trash cans- again- were hidden behind a truck. There are people living in a van in the spot right by the gate. It was a little weird to have to walk by it every time you went in or out. The unit was cleaned & supplied with paper products etc. Thy should buy a pot holder or 2. Other than the door not locking all week- it was a cute unit.

The cottage smelled like a sewer. We advised the rental agency but were told the smell was likely stagnant water somewhere and the smell would dissipate. It did not… We had to wash all our clothes when we got home 4 days later because they smelled just like the cottage. When we brought this up with the rental agency, all they could say is that we should have called them a second time?! The wi-fi is practically nonexistent, too.

Great vacation getaway
Very close to the beach and to great seafood restaurant (less than 3min walk). Beach is absolutely amazing and the whole place screams relaxation and vacation. Host very attentive to details. Highly recommended!

We stayed five nights at this property on Bradenton Beach in April/May, 2023. The location was great and centrally located on Anna Marie island north of Longboat Key. The property was roomy enough for four of us to stay comfortably. It was a short walk to dining options and the beach. We sat out on the elevated deck in the Adirondack chairs several mornings and evenings in-between periods of exploring the island. We couldn't find the beach towels and messaged the host who delivered them very quickly (thank you!). Our favorite dining spots were the Wicked Cantina, The Dry Dock Grill (reservations suggested for dinner but we didn't need them for lunch), and Owen's Fish Camp (a little drive, but worth it). This property was very economical and a perfect choice for someone wanting to vacation on Anna Marie island without breaking the bank. We would definitely consider staying there again. Thumbs up for sure.

The online presentation was very accurate. It was a great little spot very close to the beach for a good rate. Plenty of room, funky little hippie house, big kitchen to eat in and short walk to great beaches. Portfolio has excellent communication, it was clean, smart TV, very comfortable beds. Nothing fancy but great location and met all expectations.

PERFECT location on a great island
Loved 10 Palms. Bring your bikes, it's the best way to travel. The traffic is BUSY and the island is very bike friendly. This island is only about 7 miles total and 10 palms is smack dab in the middle. EASY bike ride to both ends of the island. The location is fantastic. You can walk to great restaurants and bars, and of course beaches. You never really need a vehicle. The place is very clean and the beds are comfortable. My husband LOVED the shower. He said it's the best shower head ever. We never used the air conditioning. We opened up some of the windows and sliding doors and there was a constant breeze. And with the ceiling fans, we stayed cool all night. Loved the deck, would sit out many days and evenings. There are NO BUGS, no mosquitoes. It's an old building, so it's not perfect, but there we have absolutely no complaints. I always got an answer back in a VERY TIMELY MANNER when I had questions. I would DEFINITELY stay here again if ever going back to Anna Maria Island. Do not hesitate to book it, you won't regret it.

Cozy hideaway at Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria Island
Really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this spotless, clean, old funky cottage. Quiet, private, 2nd floor accommodation above a resident below. Well equipped, shared washer/dryer on ground level. Great dedicated parking spot for this property. Location is excellent, a quarter mile from the Cortez Bridge. Free Trolley works well to get around the entire island.

Perfect beach get away
I could not love this place more. It was the best location ever, literally steps from the beach and multiple bars and restaurants. Very clean. And I loved the deck with ample seating outside, you could see the ocean. I will totally stay here again.
