“This is little piece of heaven. So clean and peaceful, I love the family style breakfast and conversation. Camping in style, the tiny cabins are private and clean. The view of the Osage river is amazing. Surprisingly a community shower/bath house - was very clean and you can lock the door privacy.”

“Lovely cabin with a cool history right on the Osage River. Generally very quiet with only the occasional passing car and the sounds of the local peacocks and hummingbirds for a peaceful background. Rhonda and Chevy are awesome hosts; be sure to have a chat with them when you get a chance.”

The cabin was romantic and clean. We loved walking the creek. The homeowners left us snacks , water,and homegrown tomatoes. Thank u!”

“Stayed for almost a week for some rest and relaxation and it has all that. Although on a dirt road like most lake houses, short drive to attractions and destinations I was looking for including golf courses.”

“The property was a little smaller than expected, but definitely worked for our family of 4. It was a great spot for our dogs, but a little further from restaurants than we expected on steep, curvy roads. Loved it was right on the water and the fire pit was great. The kayaks were great and we were able to fish off the dock. Nice quiet cove, but can’t really see the main channel.”

“Quiet, cozy cabin surrounded by wildflowers, trees and singing birds. It was clean and comfortable and we loved the relaxing, natural setting. Games and art supplies were on hand. I used the Merlin app to sit on the deck, sip coffee, and identify numerous bird songs. We drove a Bronco and had no trouble fording the creek after a moderate rain. However the possibility of the creek flooding could be a problem for low vehicles. Great visit!”

“It had a great view of the lake. Quiet, easy to get around to different places & areas. Professionally remodeled & all the conveniences were there. Had trouble with email communication. ”

“Air conditioner has black mold inside the vents growing and very dirty all air conditioners inside vents no dish towels or paper towels also has sewer smell inside and outside lots of goose poop by walkway”

“Cabin is near, bed is comfortable and it was okay place to stay. The road is less to be desired, potholes everywhere. Staying next to mobile homes with junk everywhere makes it great scenery and little worrisome of the neighborhood. The place heats from a space heater in each bedroom one didn’t work, checked breaker and it was fine. Also from an electric space heater/fireplace in the living room. Needless to say the place was freezing. Floors colder than heck. The place was clean at least....

“Place was cute but needed some yard work. Chairs for outside table were not like picture, they were small. Glad we brought our own. Otherwize enjoyed our stay was quiet and relaxing.”
