I enjoyed my stay at ocean dream Cancun. The ocean view room is worth it, immaculate views. I had issues with my a/c leaking was not fixed properly on the first day but maintenance team responded and was able to identify the issue and fix the problem on the second day. I would most definitely start again.

The property wasn't to bad. What i didn't like is that my room had flooded while i was sleeping so i told the lady at the front desk she then moved me to another room after they dried the water up then they put me back in the same room so i was aggravated because i was moving from room to room. I didn't even had a towel to shower with and the shower gel wasn't soaping up my skin that good either.

Pillows are rock hard, you only get 2 towels in your room and a small body towel. No face towels. Jacuzzi in room does not fill nor does it get hot. Not allowed to do early check in. Drinks tasted watered down, my margarita tasted like it had no liquor in it and on top of that, everything here is overpriced. Counters in bathroom were not cleaned. Water from sink has a weird smell. No ice machine. Just don’t book here.

The beach was incredible, and the view was just as breathtaking. We loved the staff; they were so helpful with transportation, wheel chair availability and entering and exiting the hotel. We loved the space in the room as well. We did not like that we had to wait for someone to check the room before we could check out.

Area - Walkable to restaurants, night life, groceries, shopping & bus stop. Room - Ocean Views!!! You can hear the sound of waves from your room. Quiet & clean however needed some upgrades. Lights were not working, broken cabinet handles. Leaking A/C, worn mirror & door. Balcony glass door lock not working. Kitchen has no cleaning supplies so there was a bunch of dirty cups and plates stored in the kitchen cupboard. We ended up buying our own dish detergent. Pool/Hotel outdoor facilities - Decent

Hotel is in a great location-walking distance to nightlife and restaurants. Only downside was there were very few towels left in our room and no towels available downstairs at the pool. When I asked for more towels I was told the ones in the room were all available. They do change the bedding/ towels out daily but being a beach resort with a pool you’d think they would provide extra.

This property is located in the Hotel Zone which was extremely convenient when we wanted to get food or access the night life. The hotel had a nice pool with direct beach access and an amazing view. However, the hotel itself was a bit rundown, the water pressure was low in the shower, there was a hole in the wall behind the pull out couch and previous mold on the curtains. The hotel also didn't have a coffee station or a microwave that can be used by hotel guests. It's a great hotel if you don't plan on spending much time there! The staff was super helpful and amazing which made the stay very enjoyable.

Booked a stay here for 2 nights for my cousins birthday, I booked a suite with a jacuzzi. Once I got to the room I realized that the water was not getting hot, so I called the front desk and they had someone come. He went back and fourth from 8pm- 2am trying to fix the boiler and running the jaccuzi. Finally at 2am I gave up. There was no point of switching rooms because we were only there for 2 nights. I called and ask for a refund for the night I stayed up trying to get the jaccuzi to work and they said I have to take it up with Expedia, but somehow Expedia is having trouble reaching them. My point is, this place is awful. The girls at the front desk are rude! I hope I receive a partial refund, but you all will NEVER see me there again. Please do not waste your time here. I will say though, the views are beautiful.
