"This is a nice hotel for the price we paid in early May. It’s a quiet hotel just a very short drive from Deadwood. The tub/shower, toilet is separate from the sink area. The sink is in a very large cabinet giving you lots of countertop for all of your bathroom items. It’s an older hotel but we were very comfortable in our King bed room with small fridg and microwave. "

"I was worried after reading reviews, but it was fine. I stayed here for one night to go to event at Denny Sanford Center - I had considered booking elsewhere from reading reviews and glad I didn't. For the price, it was just fine. Completely walkable to the arena,also walked to Crooked Pint after event and back to hotel and felt very safe. It's not a five star hotel and I didn't expect it to be, the linens were clean and I checked for bugs, which I didn't find, so I'm quite happy with my stay...

"Great location, great steakhouse nearby (Dakotah) and overall great location for visiting parks in the region. Large spacious rooms, clean, comfy... however my only complaint is that the walls are like cardboard so you hear your neighbors next door & above you. We were in room 230 RIGHT ABOVE the sliding front doors and heard the humming of that constantly... ask for top floor room to mitigate this!! that is why it got a 4 star instead of 5 star review... walls are thin.... "
