If you have a choice between staying ik n your car or staying at this hotel, choose your car. The staff here will rip you off. I paid for these rooms over a month in advance. During check in the staff said they needed a credit card for incidentals. Not unusual so I gave them my card. The next morning I woke up to find they had charged me again for both rooms. When I asked the staff I was told double charging for the rooms was standard practice to be sure I had the money to cover the rooms in my account. I tries to explain that the rooms were already paid for but I was told in response that it was standard procedure to be sure they were paid. I told them that the rooms were already paid, and had been paid for long in advance. Their response was to talk to their manager. Who, by the way was no where to be found when I asked for him. Beyond the inept staff the rooms are horrible. We paid extra to stay in the "suite". As I have previously stated stay in your car. The beds are uncomfortable. The pillows are of the worst quality and the rooms aren't stocked with the items that are supposed to be in them. We had issues with missing towels. I again had to deal with the staff, who did give me more towels, but if you pay attention there is a list of charges on a very small sign in your room listing how much you will be charged if thier items are stolen. Well now I'm waiting to see if I'll be charged for "missing towels that were never in the room to begin with.
