"Beautiful location. Friendly welcoming staff. The front desk staff were very helpful but some of them seemed to lack the knowledge to answer some of our questions about the activities advertised. Perhaps they were training new staff for the upcoming busy season. We were very pleased with the 2 hotel activities that we participated in"

"We returned to Muskoka bay resort to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, which we had our wedding at the resort last year. The staff were amazing welcoming us back and helped us reminisce of our big day and an unexpected surprise in our room with personalized written card in our room upon check in Thanks again to everyone at muskoka bay for a great experience "

"We had a pole in the room situated near the couch. When you sat on the couch you only saw half the tv. So we moved the couch towards the bed and moved the tv over on the stand it was on. Yet tge other person could not sit on the couch to watch tv, 🙄 so they sat on the bed. You have a desk in the room but no plugs for the lap top, they are on the other side of the dreeser where the tv sits and the mirror. So i could not plug my lap top. That room was badly put together. "
