Reception desk and catering services are also kind and helpful. Breakfast is superb. The facilities of gust rooms which I experienced are old, but the bed is comfortable. "Ours was a late booking for 4 days during a 13-day trip to visit family in Osaka. The non-smoking suite with bedroom and 'living room' with kitchen facilities was a little dated but everything was clean and worked and we enjoyed it.
