"The management (Jimmy) is extremely helpful and courteous. Excellent communication. The building interior is very pleasant and the breakfast area is comfortable. The housekeeping staff does an outstanding job and deserves appreciation. There is a small supermarket next door and an excellent Peruvian restaurant (Cardinal) around the corner. Probably as close to the airport as you want to be. The shuttle organized by the hotel was cost effective and on time. "

"We had a wonderful time and aside from the haute-cuisine quality, Nora and Jorn's warmth make you ponder when the next visit will be. Our door knob broke just before we arrived, but as our visit took place on a holiday, we're sure that that minor issue has been taken care of. We'll go back to El Lugar Nórdico. We loved the place, its cleanliness and how we were able to rest and forget about city noises, work, or even television (we didn't bother)."

"The hotel Hacienda Castilla is great. it is a 380 year old house very well adapted for a hotel, with the comforts and amenities of a modern hotel. Great mix of history and comfort! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone seeking a "hacienda" experience. The staff was fantastic, warm and friendly. "This was a nice place to stay at in the Coffee Region. Service and restaurant were both great and the staff was very helpful in helping us arrange tours and taxis.
