"Former private house converted into a very small hotel. Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help, however manager is nowhere to be found and therefore problems can not be solved promptly. Stayed 3 nights, only one of them with hot water. Also faucet from lavatory broke on day 2. Once I stayed 20 mins ringiing the bell to enter and no answer. Location is good and staff are friendly, but supervision is lacking. Think twice before staying here. "

"I'd stay there again. The dining area, semi exposed to the open air, I found to be quite pleasant. The staff was helpful for this first time visitor to San Salvador. Just know that there was no AC in the room. Depending on the time of year and what you're used to that may not be a problem. "

We got to the hotel late at night after a 12-hour road trip, just to find out they had overbooked and they gave us the excuse that a group of people extended their stay and that was why they gave away out room so they didn't have any one left, a pretty stupid excuse when the room had already been paid and they couldn't have given the room because if an already guest wanted to stay for a longer period, they should have said that the room was booked.
