"My lady and I stayed three and a half weeks. We enjoyed our stay very much. We will stay again the next time we’re in the area. I give 10s to all areas. Gym and pool were excellent. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. Excellent buffet! Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and had three different size pillows. Staff were professional, respectful, and hard-working. It shows across throughout the establishment. Hotel is next to a shopping mall and coffee shop. Restaurants are a short walk away....

"It is rather hard to get to Mai Chau but we think it is worth a visit. Staff is really friendly and nice but their English is not that good so google translate was a great help. Place is charming, comfortable but a bit basic.. The scenery is breathtaking and they lend you bicycle for a ride…which we did! It was hard work but SO so worth it! La comunicacion con el personal es difícil sol o había una persona que sabía inglés pero no estaba en el alojamiento a nuestra llegada. Hubo un mal entendido con el checkin y con la cena pero pusieron de su parte para solucionarlo. Nos dejaron quedarnos dos horas más de checkout. Recomiendo este alojamiento aunque debería mejorar la atención directa con el cliente. "
