This Charming elevated duplex will soon be your new favorite beach getaway!

The cheery and tastefully decorated living area opens into a galley kitchen with coastal decor and new and updated appliances. The primary bedroom with en suite bathroom has a king bed and amazing tropical views! The guest bedroom has a queen bed and lets out onto the back deck with more views and comfy seating.
For entertainment options, check out the smart TV in the living room or the flat-screen TV in the primary bedroom.

You may choose not to leave this relaxing home away from home, but if you want to do some exploring, the neighborhood is a great place to start. Enjoy lovely views of the water from the bayside park and the Marina at the end of the street. Add some adventure, with Palma Sola Bay Kayak Rentals, just 2 blocks away! The historic Cortez fishing village is very close, and if you cross the Cortez bridge onto Anna Maria Island you can get to the sparkling Gulf waters within minutes. Once you're on the Island, take Anna Maria's free trolley for great shopping and dining options.

Boat parking can be tricky and I wouldn't recommend launching from this marina with a jet boat. Too grassy and creates issues. Other than that the place was nice and as expected. Thank you!

Great Getaway!
We recently spent 2 weeks at Kapok. The house was very comfy, clean, well equipped for cooking, centrally located to places we wanted to visit, and in a very quiet neighborhood. Doug and Candy were there for us if we had any questions or needed anything.

Great vacation spot!
Sunny Shores has it all! The dwelling was very well equipped and pleasantly decorated. The kitchen equaled my own, and the beds were VERY comfortable. The lovely deck is a fun place to enjoy a cocktail, read a book or just relax, and a waterside park is just steps away. A pleasant surprise was the presence of the owner nearby to offer help and hospitality.

A Home Away from Home
The home and location is even lovelier and cleaner than we imagined! The property is nestled in a pretty little community away from the traffic of Bradenton and close enough to walk or bike to the beach. The property is well maintained, super clean and comfortable, with everything you need even extras like books, board games, and items to use at the beach - a home away from home! The entire place feels spacious and offers plenty of privacy and the owners are respectful of your privacy as well but also very helpful when you need it. The neighborhood felt very safe. Be sure to check out Tyler's Homemade Ice Cream only 5 minutes away and the bakery next door - Delicious and notalgic! We would love to stay here again if given the opportunity to visit the area in the future!

This property is a true hidden gem. Just minutes away from the beach in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very spacious with everything you need for your stay. Will stay here again if available the next time we are in the area.

The place was a hidden gem. Close to the beach but away from the craziness. Well kept and clean. Their dog is very nice...I did not even hear him bark. The hosts were both nice and approachable. I Highly recommend this place.

Kapok was clean, pictures true to the actual unit, quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and the beaches. This is a 3 family unit but advertised as a duplex. Did not create any issues; fellow renters were friendly and the owners very pleasant.

Home Away from Home
My sister and I enjoyed our stay! The location to the beaches was minutes away; parking wasn't difficult to find — all the comforts and amenities of home and more significant space than a hotel. We even liked the quietness of the neighborhood. I've already posted via Instagram the contact number for a great getaway. Yes, I will keep this listing on my radar should the opportunity arise. Even the groundskeeper/manager of the property was friendly and helpful in inclement weather when the electricity went out briefly in our neighborhood. My coffee was still hot while I enjoyed the deck and the plants surrounding it until our little paradise was up and running again. We had a FUNTASTIC stay! I hope to return.

We were comfortable with this adorable little place the moment we stepped in the door. The furniture is extremely comfy and inviting. Great beds and kitchen well stocked. The deck is private with a place below to secure our bikes. Candy was extremely accommodating but gave us our privacy as well. We felt very safe at all times. Highly recommend if you like the Cortez Village area.

A Great stay. Home has everything and very clean. Candy is amazing and a great host. If bringing a bot, make sure to contact the Marina and make sure to reserve a space and therefore be able to launch. Otherwise restricted to public! We would go back for sure!!

A well decorated and comfortable two bedroom condo within easy drive to all interesting areas. Nice relaxation deck with plenty of privacy. Perfect live in neighbor who was helpful throughout stay with local restraint and attractions information.

An immaculate home close to all beach attractions
A spotless home very close to the bridge to Longboat Key and lots of great restaurants just a few minutes' drive away. All modern amenities in a quiet neighborhood - waterfront is a 5 minute walk. It's one of the few structures in the neighborhood that's not a mobile home, and the view from the spacious veranda is all trailers, but given the location and the interior that is hardly a concern.

Par contre il est dans un secteur qui ressemble à un camping, à 30 minutes d Ana Maria, 45 de St Petersburg, une heure de Sarasota
