The hotel had a mold smell to it, my bathroom had mold in the creases of the wall The bed was super uncomfortable and the room was not fully clean!

We drove 2.5 hours to stay here. I reserved a pool view room. Paid an extra upcharge for the room. Upon arrival we were told our room was given away accidentally and we had to downgrade rooms. 2) We were informed that an onsite restaurant would be available for breakfast in the with food vouchers that were given in the morning, upon going down for breakfast we were informed due to staffing it was not available and only limited items could be received. No coffee was available or hot tea in the morning. This was a major inconvenience as we only were staying for the night and did not intend to leave property to eat. 3) The heat was not working in the room. It blew out cold air all night no matter the temp. When staff was informed nothing was done to accommodate. 4) Slide advertised on the website was in operable we were informed and jacuzzi was not hot and appeared to be dirty. 5) Were informed by staff checkout is at 11:00, however website indicates 12:00pm. As this was an inconvenience due to late check out was ideal for our flight itinerary. Not only was this a holiday (Father’s Day) We chose this property due to what was advertised on the hotel website of accommodations and amenities due to traveling with children. It was very disappointing the experience and lack of customer service.

Bullet holes in our window. Dirty linens on beds, very few towels in bathroom, chairs in room were stained and outdated, slide in pool wasn’t available as advertised in photos and there were no towels in pool area.

Rooms were Not ready, had to wait 3 hours past check in time. We were given 2 appetizers (1 for each room delayed). Then $10 discounts for each persons in our party for breakfast, we did not eat the breakfast for 2 reasons, even though it was indicated free continental breakfast, we found out they no longer offer that, first they were severely behind on orders, after waiting 30 minutes and talking to guests who had finally received their breakfast after an obscene wait they advised the breakfast was terrible and they wish they had went elsewhere. The “hot” tub was gross and felt oily on the skin, I thought maybe it was the chemicals, the water was slightly warmer than body temperature, and when the timer stopped and the water stood still, it was evident the water was definitely dirty. Pool water was extremely cold and kids kept jumping in the “hot tub” to warm up. Managers and staff were extremely nice and apologetic for all the delays, but we will not stay at this location again.
