“We loved the convenience of being within the park combined with the ability to get away from the crowds. The private niche of Foresta with quaint cabins and solitude was a gem for us. Just down the dirt road from our cabin was a beautiful waterfall that was fun to walk to. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, kitchen well stocked, it is not “fancy” by extremely comfortable.”

“We loved this property! So spacious and comfortable. Perfect for the six of us. An easy 45 minute drive to Yosemite Valley. Loved the wood burning stove. The kitchen was spacious, the beds were comfy. A late season storm almost snowed us in. The owners’ staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They brought us a snow shovel and even helped find some snow chains for our car. We’re definitely coming back to this house!”

“This cabin was perfect for our family of 3 (couple with college-age son). The cabin was so clean and well organized. Everything was exactly as pictured in the listing. We especially loved the wrap around deck and the grill. We did most of our meals out there. Our son was very comfortable on the futon bed. “My daughter and I stayed there and loved it! We can't wait to return, perhaps this Autumn. It was a joy to experience the beauty of Yosemite and to leave the crowds behind at the end of the day and return to this charming cabin. The peace and quiet there were wonderful. “Super cozy, quaint, affordable, and nostalgic cottage for my adult family of 5 for my bucket list trip to Yosemite. Cottage was clean w/ a really nice partially covered composite deck with a beautiful of the creek and woods. Even had a gas grill and really nice fireplace too. The property management staff was super friendly and accommodating allowing me to use their laundry facility for free. “This was a great home base for my wife and I during our visit to Yosemite! The cabin is clean and off the road a bit so it’s nice and quiet and dark, just as we wanted. Owner left a snack basket for us which was a nice touch. Only surprise was that the Master BR was on the second floor and the bathroom upstairs didn’t have a bath or shower in it. Not that big of a big deal, but worth noting. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!”

We only stayed one night because we just wanted a place close to Dodge to ski, but we could have happily stayed a week.
