“Spent a long weekend with 19 family members. All enjoyed the stay. There was plenty of space to socialize or get away alone. The activities that were available made it a fun weekend. Any questions were answered quickly. We highly recommend the cabin.”

“The house and property were clean and well maintained the owner was very responsive to all questions. The owner notified us that mosquitoes had become a problem but they had the grounds professionally sprayed. We brought a couple of foggers and had no problems with the pests. Only one small quibble, there is no view of the pond from the house— otherwise perfect!”

“We stayed here for the total solar eclipse in April 2024 and had a great time. The area is beautiful. The lake is quiet and calm, and the sounds of nature were abundant. The cabin (and hot tub) were very clean.”

“This is a very spacious cabin tucked away in the woods near Nashville. It was warm, comfy and nicely appointed. I would recommend this cabin to a large family or group of friends as it has many welcoming spaces. Being in the woods, there is wildlife. During our stay, many birds visited the suet and at night, several raccoons tried their luck at the garbage cans.”

“Loved the quiet serenity of the cabin. Back in the woods surrounded by nature with easy access to Morgantown just 15 minutes to the north and Nashville just 20 minutes to the south. Nashville is full of shops and restaurants to suite the taste of most anyone. The cabin itself was very clean with all of the essentials. A nice fireplace that cranks out the heat and only needs to be switched on to enjoy (on top of the mantle).”

“This is a nice option for exploring Brown County and you like camping but not the hassle of having your own camper to set up and take down. The surroundings are very nice and scenic countryside. This was close enough to Bloomington that we stayed here for graduation, away from the frenzy in town.”

“If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I do not normally write awful reviews, but in this case, I do want to WARN people. My husband and 2 very young children checked into a cabin, and about 30 minutes after going to bed, my husband started itching and getting bit. He had over 20 welts on his body. We tried to get ahold of Rex, the owner but no one would answer their "after hours" number. We packed up and left by 1:00 A.M. We were booked to stay 3 nights. They hired an exterminator to come...

“We loved the cozy cabin stay for the weekend! The campground was so peaceful and everything was so clean. Even the port a pots!”

“We needed a place nearby to stay for two nights that would let us bring our pups. It was small but the air conditioner worked well. We also brought a fan just incase. There are plenty of plugins inside. We had a little trouble with the key pad lock. Usually took us multiple times each time before it worked. I think you just have to punch in the buttons slowly. The cabins are situated nicely under trees and the neighbors were all very quiet and respectful. Would definitely stay again!”

“The cabin was comfortable with all the things required for a relaxing get away. Linens, kitchen items, a few dvds and a nice setting for reading and relaxing.”

“The cabin was clean and updated. The lake being a few steps off the front porch was also a great addition! Although we didn’t get to enjoy the cabin as much as we would have liked (we were there for graduation weekend), I’d say over all the stay was great. I would definitely like to come back again and just spend the weekend on the property relaxing. The only downside is it’s right next to a dairy farm and it does smell at time, but it was nothing that ruined our stay. Would definitely recommend...

“Worst checkin process. No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. ”
