The kitchen has everything you need, the hot tub is wonderful, the beds super comfy, and the area is very quiet and peaceful. We saw deer wandering through the yard frequently. I was NOT ready go back to the big city, but will look forward to returning to this sweet home as soon as possible.”

The Palmers guest house is perfectly located within walking distance to great restaurants and bars, but far enough away that our stay was quiet and peaceful. The guest house was clean, cozy, and the process was easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”

“It was clean. Screened porch was GREAT. Location is choice. The clinic or whatever is across the street had ZERO impact on our stay. I would EASILY book this again for me and a special someone! Galaxy Cafe, coffee place, and market are all an easy stroll down 10th street.”

“This is at least our fourth stay at Clelias Cottage. We continue to return because it's a great space located in the beautiful Circle C neighborhood - great area to walk in green spaces, less than a mile to the Wildflower gardens, minutes from the highway but super quiet, easy to access whatever you want to do in Austin and about 35 minutes to Hill Country!
