"Location is amazing: in the heart of downtown. Transportation is within walking distance. There are two metro stations super close by, Callao and Gran Via. Also buses out front. The hotel is just a beautiful property, perfectly appointed with era-appropriate furniture and features while also modern conveniences and a gorgeous bathroom. It was isolated from street noise but you can hear noise from other rooms (I think it's the new normal). Great staff. Incredible buffet breakfast (which was optional)."

"This is the hotel to stay at if you're taking a connecting train from Chamartin. Having a link directly from the airport, staying here and going in the morning is super convenient.
