It’s clean, they’re working on the elevator and other areas, but in general its ok. The breakfast its very authentic, with different side dishes and wonderful bread and coffee, but Ali Baba makes you feel very welcome, he made our breakfast time the best. "Hotel was Very close in proximity to the Pyramids and Sphinx. They serve buffet breakfast with the same menu every day but it’s ok. Servers were very nice. Watermelon was delicious. They picked up us from the airport in Cairo (1 hour ride to Giza). Just find a different tour if you can. Theirs is expensive. We paid $280 for a room upgrade (view of two pyramids and Spinx), pyramid tour for 2 with inner chamber, 15 minutes camel ride (2 people $25 each), Egypt museum and Civilization museum. ...

"Staff was so friendly and they helped arrange a shuttle for us to and from the airport. A lot of dining options at the hotel. About 25 minutes away from downtown Cairo which I liked because it wasn’t as busy and crowded as downtown is. Ubers were always available to take us anywhere we needed to go. "Lovely hotel - excellent location for all main activities in and around Cairo. The hotel is very secure - checks on all vehicles entering. Tour guides could find the hotel easily. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel. Live music in the bar in the evenings - very good. Room was comfortable. Only downside was the pool is very small and very noisy - despite the screening around it, it's impossible not to hear the Cairo traffic."

He asked me if I had eaten any snacks or drink any alcohol in my room.i told him I didn’t even see them.
