"I called VRBO and the owner on April 18th to cancel my reservation. The owner was very kind and asked if everyone was okay. I told her my sister was unable to make it. VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. "Spent Mother's Day weekend at the cabin and we could not be happier. The house is as advertised; clean, calming and perfect for our quick weekend away. We could walk to Sundance for dinner, sat in the hot tub mornings and nights and just enjoyed the sound of the river. We will be back without doubt."
