“After extensive searches for the ultimate PV lodging experience, we settled on this beautiful villa! All the pictures are accurate. The view was absolutely phenomenal. Nothing like waking up on a 65 degree morning, sitting out on three separate verandas to soak in the rising sun. Also the picture perfect sunsets! Ken’s villa is located close to town and away from the crowds and hustle, if you looking for peace and quiet . Uber’d north and south to take advantage of sites and restaurants...

“This house was very cute the pictures dont do it justice. I stayed the weekend here with my husband an 2 kids 7 & 10. I communicated with the host Eric but his wife Teresa was the 1 to actully received us, which was even better being received by her she was lovely and had excellent style. Eric was very quick with responding. I asked a special request of him if he was able to do so and he did so which was very cool. I changed my check in time to an earlier time amd check out time ki changed twice...

“Nice house First time of having a chef and a great helper. Food was awesome. Pool is very small but worst memory were the beds are so hard that we did not look forward to going to sleep. Location of house is over 30 minutes to town. Owner did not get back to us regarding tipping of daily housekeeper which really was not needed, yet we were expected to tip her also. Being on the ocean was enjoyable. No access and no beach, but very relaxing The customs at airport was a very negative start. Took...

“Stayed here with 19 others for a bachelor party. It's a fantastic place, 5 min walk from the beach, and 15 min from the marina area. An easy 10-25min uber to the popular neighbourhoods in PV. The host Arnold was extremely communicative, immediately smoothed over some issues that came up. All in all a 5 star experience!”

“Absolutely loved the house. Very spacious and worked well with our 12 person family. Spiral staircase was neat but be mindful if mobility impaired or have small children (there is a safety gate). Pools very relaxing and not crowded at all. Property beautifully maintained. Cleaning staff wonderful. Property manager easily reached and provided us with whatever we needed in very timely manner. “The home José and his wife provided was spotless. It is much larger than the photos show. The kitchen is enormous and we enjoyed the outdoor bbq. Wonderful hosts were available in person or by text whenever we had questions. José’s little chihuahua pup made my wife’s day whenever he was by. Very friendly. Our arrival was late afternoon but Jose went over and above to stock the fridge with the shopping list we provided. The pool was the centrepiece for us. It a very private, was crystal clear...

“Property was immaculate. Beautiful and spotless. The house managers went above and beyond to make our stay extremely comfortable. Our group was 12 adults and 6 children ages ranging from 6months to 80 years. And this property was accommodating for everyone. We had to keep an eye on the little ones around the stairs but otherwise the pool and multiple gathering spaces were perfect with an amazing ocean view.
