The property is very well maintained. We loved the original preserved touches. The toiletries were my favorite: L’Occitane en Provence. Felt spoiled with their boutique lotion ‘host’. You can purchase it there as well. We were there in late April so the weather was unpredictable. One day we had a snow storm and the next day it was sunny and beautiful. The room got warm during the day but the AC remote was not made available for us to control our own room temperature. They said we could open the window but it was difficult to open as it bumped against the radiator. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Auberge Saint-Pierre in Quebec City. The staff were amazingly helpful & courteous. The building is accessible & charming. The hotel is conveniently located - about 5 mins to the Quartier Petit Champlain and a 10 mins walk to the Château Frontenac. Would highly recommend!

I was very happy with my decision to stay here. Any staff member I had contact with was pleasant and that was appreciated. I’m not normally one to valet park my car, but I did here and it was well worth it. Comfort room is tiny, but it was lovely and clean. I would easily stay here again if I was back in old Quebec. Location can not be beat for exploring on foot!

The room was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. We had an issue with the room above us being very loud. The staff quickly fixed the situation and accommodated us with another quieter room. We appreciated the pre-registration and the fact that they allowed us to access our room despite the fact that we arrived early. There was a gentleman in the lobby who was extremely helpful with getting our luggage up to our room and also helped with check out. Safe and covered parking was amazing during a snow storm. Fantastic location!!! Amazing coffee machine in lobby. Very happy with our experience overall. Great value for the cost!
