"We had an amazing stay and took advantage of many of this homes’ amenities. Our group of 8 enjoyed card games at the huge dining table. We cooked meals using the outdoor kitchen and huge kitchen island. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and lots more. The fire pit offered us a great night by the fire with s’mores. "From the moment we arrived at the property and identified ourselves as the family staying at Elmo's rest, we were treated like part of the family. We arrived at the house to find everything clean and ready even though we were a couple hours early. The house is a century old so floors creak and some doors stick a bit. Everything we needed was provided and the super-clean house in a beautiful rural setting was the perfect spot to reminisce and share a delightful time together. "We can not say enough about this AMAZING, beautiful home! Don and Rhonda were so kind, welcoming, every detail of this home is well thought of! A detailed welcome email w/all directions, and information. The kitchen well stocked w/everything brand new. All bedding, pillows brand new- and 5 stars.
