"We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the farm. We loved the cats especially Persey the orange cat. Thanks for the fresh eggs. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved the privacy and quietness. Hope to visit again during football season- Texas State Bobcats!!"

"Stayed 3 nights while river floating and visiting schlitterbauhn. Place was easy access to rivers and New braunfels. The home was very clean and quiet. There was a lot of air freshener plug-ins throughout the house which could cause someone with allergies issues but we were good. Would visit again for summer float trip!"

"This was by far the best set up for a large group. The separate houses worked out great and the property was set up perfectly. The amenities on the property were perfect for keeping the big group confined to one area. The shuffleboard and air hockey tables could be replaced as they are severly worn out and we were unable to use. Overall I loved it and will definitely come back."

"It was close to the college. A little difficult to find but once we arrived we knew the entrance afterwards. Beds were comfortable. Neighbors a little stretchy but did not bother us. I would stay there again."
