This is a property that is getting a 4 star rating and 4 star pricing but has now grown a little shabby. The bed was great, the room was large, the staff was nice but other issues were 3 1/2 stars!

Front desk was horribly understaffed. The guy did an amazing job, given the stress. Some of us that patiently waited for 20-30 minutes were compensated with a reduced room rate. Unfortunately, that was not available to me because Expedia is a third party booking site and the rates cannot be altered. Perhaps Expedia can compensate me directly?

I had to wait 20 minutes for the check in, there is no water to drink in the whole complex, not even to buy. the personal suggest me to drink from the sink, i Had multiple issues with the card keys, just in one nigth

Upon check in, I was told that they do not accept cash. Since when is cash NOT legal tender in the US?. I hate using cards and always travel with cash to pay for hotels. The individual checking me in then told me that the hotel put us on the third floor. A member of our party was having trouble with their knee so I asked for a first floor room. They said they were all booked. From the amount of cars in the lot, I found that hard to believe. They practically threw the keys at me. We were there for three nights. After the first night, we came back to the room and discovered that it hadn’t been made up. I asked that it be made up the next night, and it was not. There are plenty of other places to stay in Santa Fe; don’t stay here.
