"This property is located in the heart of Seaside right on 30A , close to all that Seaside has to offer. The property is very well appointed with top of the line appliances and very comfortable bedding. Our only complaint was the quality of the televisions. They did not offer HD tv or streaming capability. I would think that a property as nice as this one would update the tv viewing soon. The main living space is up a fairly steep set of stairs. We had no issues with that but if someone does have...

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is cute and cozy- perfect for 2 people. Bed was comfortable. We loved being right in the heart of Seaside- we could walk to all the restaurants and shops in less than 2 minutes. Would love to stay here again!"

"Spent a peaceful week in a beautiful little home. Two bedrooms, a living room dining room and kitchen gave us just the right amount of space. Just a couple steps from the beach and a 2 minute stroll to the center of the idyllic little town of Seaside made this a trip to remember. "Seaside was absolutely beautiful and The Homeowners Collection was so lovely to communicate with!! Our cottage was very cozy and fit our family needs! Some things are very dated on the property and could use some touch up or replacement based on the price point. We were overall very content and would stay in Seaside again!! The front porch was our favorite spot to start and end the day!"
