"A nice villa in an excellent location for all the excellent beaches, but in need of some upgrading. External Walls need painting, some of the bathrooms need updating and the dishwasher and toaster didn’t work. The owners did get someone in immediately to repair the dishwasher , but it still leaked when they had gone."

"A well equipped villa with plenty of space inside and out. Plenty of sunbeds and you can choose shade or sun. The pool was good for a cool down. Elisabete looked after us very well and fixed any problems we had very quickly. Very helpful to have things like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, charcoal & soap etc provided so you don't have to go out and buy everything on the first day. Even shower gel and shampoo provided. You need a car as other than a handy pizza restaurant very close, there...

"The apartment was centrally located near many restaurants and the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very clean and description was accurate. Owner was very responsive. The food & wine in Sesimbra was wonderful. If you plan to go to the beach, bring a beach blanket or chair. Important note - to get to the apartment there are at minimum 2 flights of stairs. "The property is located immediately across from the beach on the north side of the estuary and is a short, pleasant walk from the town centre. It features a large deck which gets sun for most of the day and offers an excellent view of the estuary, bay and south beach. The communal pool and deck are quite large and is exposed to sunlight all day. The Milfontes area offers spectacular scenery, hiking and oppurtunity for lounging on the beach. We loved it!"

"We had a wonderful stay in Father’s House Beach House. The house was very clean and modern with a lovely pool & garden. It was the perfect place to relax. We walked through the forest to the beach every day. Steep climb but worth it. Huge, mainly deserted beach which was really picturesque with amazing sunsets. "La première chose que l’on constate en entrant c’est la magnifique lumière dans l’appartement et ensuite la fabuleuse vue dont on ne se tanne jamais. "We stayed two nights here at the end of our 10 day trip, mainly to relax and get ready for the drive into Lisbon airport. It was absolutely perfect for that purpose. The room was adequate and spacious with a small patio and a small grassy area overlooking the pool. If you like space, I would recommend this room, which was not one of the more expensive ones. The complimentary breakfast was expansive and delicious. It is a bit of a walk to the center of town, so you might want to take an Uber....
