This beautifully remodeled condo is directly on the beach - walk down the stairs, and 20 paces to put your feet in the sand. You will be lulled to sleep by the the ocean, and gently awakened to the songs of the birds, the sounds of the ocean waves and the light of the sun as it rises over the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sunrise while lounging in bed - The bedroom and living room each have sliding patio doors which open out onto a 20 foot balcony. The views from this 3rd floor unit are stunning. The kitchen features custom cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The bathroom features granite countertops, custom cabinets and a tiled, walk-in shower. The living room has vaulted ceilings, computer station, flat screenTV with bluetooth speaker, and stunning views of the beach and ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, in-room safe, and a flat screen, smart TV. The complex also has 2 heated swimming pools, beautiful landscaping, free WI-FI and cable TV. Coin laundry facilities. Come relax in paradise!

Loved the beach view from the balcony! The little extras like beach towels and beach chairs made beach time so easy. The codes for the door and the beach access meant never having to worry about loosing a key. Would highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful oceanfront property
We enjoyed this pet friendly property, especially the balcony overlooking the ocean. It’s on the 3rd floor, so we got lots of exercise going up and down and we are in our mid 70’s!

The condo was perfect for our 7 day stay. The bedroom is quite large with lots of room around the bed. Good dresser storage and closet space. The bedroom has a patio door directly to the balcony. Some places you stay have cheap towels, but the towels here were very high quality. The view was outstanding. Will definitely stay here again. Karen followed up with us to make sure everything was good at check in and in the condo.

Nice property! Great view of the ocean. Neat and clean unit. Has everything you need in the kitchen. Bed/pillows not the greatest but doable. Couch not the greatest. Property owner informed us that room was ready for us so we were able to enter an hour early. That was great! Owner also checked in shortly after to make sure everything was good. Owner responded quickly to txts. Overall a wonderful experience!

The condo was amazing. It had everything you need for a long vacation to a short weekend trip. The views are breath taking. We stayed and it was chilly- but the pool was bath water warm which was perfect. I would highly recommend and would stay here again in the future!

Perfect location towards the end of the strip. Gorgeous view and just a few steps to the beach. Very clean, condo has a little bit everything needed for your home away from. Karen is very responsive to messages. She even checked in to make sure I had everything needed an that there weren’t any issues. This was a nice little get away. 😊

Can't beat the location right on the beach. Quiet, private, and best equipped condo we've ever stayed in. Lovely and practical design. Karen was immediately available for the few questions we had. Tiki property as a whole well run.

Condo is very nicely equipped with cooking dishes and utensils, as well as anything you might need for the beach (chairs, umbrella, towels, ice-chest). We found the bed comfortable, (pillows a little too firm for us) and my husband and I fought over "Grandpa's chair" - a very comfortable recliner! The location is right next door to the Marriott and it was nice to be able to walk next door to Bar Louie or Claytons for drinks and food. Karen, the property owner, checked in with us to make sure all was good and was a great communicator. The condo complex is well kept up and the grounds were nice. There are grills available, however they require charcoal so we didn't use them. It was very easy to just walk down a few steps to the beach - PERFECT location! We would definitely stay here again and recommend.

If you need a tropical vacation with oceanside views, this is the place to be! As a return customer I highly recommend this property. The property is clean, well maintained, and within walking distance to many ocean side establishments. Morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise is a must! The owners are very responsive and went above and beyond to assist us with usually late check in circumstances. Always a great experience at this property!

All it was promised to be...
Listen, if you're looking for a nice little get away spot with some sun, surf & sand, this is it! The accommodations were everything described. Because this place is right next to the beach, I was able to watch the sun rise every morning from the comfort of the balcony while drinking my morning tea. Take the opportunity to walk along the beach and watch the birds dart in and out of waves as the water gently roll onto the sand and recedes back into the surf. One day, we watched four or five dolphins hunt Spanish Mackerel about 50 yards from the beach. Let's not forget the golden opportunity to decompress with some hard earned beach time! My husband and I loved bobbing around in the surf, "working" on our tans and playing with our grandchildren. Karen's place is clean, tastefully decorated, welcoming, and close to everything. Please don't miss an opportunity to make this your next stay. You will not be disappointed!

The balcony is the perfect afternoon chill spot! Feels like you’re on the beach as you sip your fancy umbrella drink!! Was a partial workout stay. WI-FI was excellent. Overall great stay. My family and I absolutely loved every minute of the stay! The views are phenomenal, the proximity to the beach is unbeatable and quiet. I don’t know what kind of insulation this place has but I can’t emphasize quiet enough which was very important with two kids trying to sleep at night! Bar Louie can get very loud and is right next door to Tiki, but we didn’t hear a thing. The room was clean and plenty of towels were provided which I underestimated just how many we would go through! I will say the pullout couch is probably only suitable for kids’ backs and not adults, but the actual bed is great and plenty of pillows!
