The pet grass area is about 10 x 10' and is far away from the rooms. Our room was in a corner. It was dark ans unwelcoming.

Definitely not the worst place, but for the price point, was pretty disappointing. The tweakers under the bridge and sitting out front smoking drugs made it pretty uncomfortable. As well as hearing them scream and yell all night.

This is a good hotel in an amazing re-imagination of obsolete infrastructure into a welcoming social space. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the bar is a great space to hang out.

I liked that shops and restaurants were close. The people there are so great and room was clean. I did not realize a cartoon was playing right outside on the big brick wall until my mom said something. I think that was very cool. Movies would be nice like that, like a drive in. The only thing I would recommend to people if you're not used to trains is bring ear plugs. The train noise is loud. Other then that great.
