"The cabin is tucked into a beautiful, quiet setting with little to no traffic. We had 11 adults and we were all comfortable with plenty of space. The amenities were as described and the hot tub was a hit! As a whole group, the only complaint was the comfort of the beds. All of them were relatively creaky and uncomfortable, but for a couple nights they were fine. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house!"

"Booked this wonderful cabin for the Bigfoot Festival in Townsend and found the best gem of a host and location. The cabin was exactly as the photos show. Everything we needed was there. Beds were comfy, patio swing was perfect after a long drive and the sounds of nature was such a pleasant experience from city traffic sounds. Would highly recommend this hidden getaway and will certainly book again when heading to this area again."

"We enjoying this little nugget of a place. Located directly on the Little River, we sat on the porch with a blanket most of our first morning listening to the river and the rain. If relaxation is what you are looking for, this is the place for you...the perfect opposite to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. "The cabin was very cute and very clean. We loved the bathroom !! Had a very nice tub. There was an electric fireplace in each bedroom. Nice 👍. I think my only complaint would be there were no blinds in the living room. There were no close neighbors but I still prefer to have windows covered at night. the steps to the loft were steep and didn't have a rail on one side so little scary for kids. It was beautiful and we would stay again for sure !!"

"We had a lovely (but short!) stay here in Townsend. We got a little turned around but host had directions for us in case google maps failed :) The roads leading in and out were pretty narrow, so glad we did not meet any cars going the other way. Wish we would have had the time to do more, but would recommend to anyone traveling this way. Great price for 3 br 2 ba house, very comfortable and we loved the quiet and woodsy area."

"Great stay. This property is under new management and you can tell they are very much in the process of upgrading the property. This did not affect our stay in any way and we very much enjoyed ourselves. This property is very close the GSMNP, and many other activities.
