Lovely, peaceful stay
This cabin was adorable and a perfect location for a peaceful GSM vacation. You're in a good spot both for the silliness of Pigeon Forge and the beauty of the national park.

Yellow Door Cabin
Our stay at the yellow door cabin was simply not long enough! We come down to Tennessee every year but we’ve never stay in Townsend. We loved our experience and our lovely little cabin tucked back in the woods. Our daughter (1 1/2yrs old) loved playing in the cabin and on the porches. I think she climbed the stairs 100 times that first night! We love tots cashing and will definitely be back!!

A nice quiet spot
Had a little problem finding property cause it's down a steep grade off road but if I had really paid attention to what the owners had sent me, it would have been easy but as was it wasn't hard.. Overall the place is excellent. Was well cared for, there was even some wood left over for fire pit though the listing said you had to bring your own. The upstairs room is a little low far as ceiling but still great for younger people. But the other bedroom is really excellent. The hot tub worked great. Only real negative though it was my girlfriend who had the issue was the coffee Keurig didn't work but that's it. A great positive about the cabin is that even though it's not far from road, there was hardly any traffic noise or anything. It was almost like you were in the middle of nowhere. The people in the other two cabins were very quiet though like us they were gone a lot. Still a great cabin and location for relaxing. Like I said it's just a quarter of a mile drive if that to the main road to the Smokies and only a couple miles from there. Perfect for anyone that wants just enjoy relaxing and the mountains. The owners gave me all I needed far as information. I definitely plan to come back in the future on trips like this that don't require a larger cabin. The driveway down the hill to the cabin is steep and requires you to drive slow to avoid scraping bottom, not a big thing, just giving info for those that have a lower setting vehicle. Like I said, if you want a quiet place close to the mountains and Townsend, you can't go wrong with this cabin.

Cozy Cabin😊
My husband and I were in town for just the weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better Cabin! It was well stocked and I really loved that they had coffee. The Cabin smelled great the entire time which was nice. I recommend spending time in the hot tub after a long hike and relaxing by the fire pit! Absolutely loved our stay here and recommend this cute Cabin!
