The staff are pleasant and cleaners do a good job but it is difficult to hide the need for refurbishment. Rooftop pool is quite small but very pleasant with an amazing view. The sunbeds look to be quite new so hopefully the pool tiles will be renewed as well before long. Well-placed for restaurants, shopping & beach. Easy walk to the newer part of town. "Hotel has limited parking. May be risky to park outside of hotel grounds even if you are lucky to find something... Rental cars are an easy target. Busy streets and no where nice walk near the hotel. The water on the island is no good. Hotel does not provide drinking water except at dinner. You need to go and buy your own. The smell of smoke is everywhere in this hotel, Had to move rooms as it smelt so bad. Management insisted it was a non smoking room... however they provide ashtrays...

"Hotel in ideal position,5-15 mins from supermarket,restaurants,beach and main square. Bus station is 3 mins walk. Checking was easy. Rooms are ok but could do with a update. Swimming pool/area was well kept. I rented a in-room safe which didn't work (battery needed replacing) went to reception and was offered a security box till it was replaced, it was replaced with-in 2-3 hours. I would stay here again because for the price it is ideal. "

There was entertainment every evening in the bar. It was close to everything to walk to especially some beautiful botanical gardens 10 mins walk away. There was all the amenities you could need in the room and if you didn't have something the reception would know how to get it for you, eg a kettle for a small cost etc. A good week, we would definitely stay again."
